      Mission and Vision
      The mission of Vo Truong Toan  University  is to put into the successful application of the model of a modern university with an international stature  in terms of the scale and quality with the first base of morality, directing each student to have a firm knowledge to make a successful application in life.
      Vision: By 2015, Vo Truong Toan University is the environment of professional and high-quality higher education with a perfect and modern infrastructure system, to meet the needs of learning and research. The whole education management system of school is applied from the foundation of  the advanced information technology in the world. Graduate students achieve the standard of quality to be equal to that of quality in the area regarding specialized knowledge, skills and the level of foreign languages. Students can communicate and handle the professional knowledge in offices in the inland and foreign working environment as well as have confidence to continue higher education programs in the regional countries.
