The message from the university
      All students who entered the University doorstep always long for a dynamic and professional learning environment.
      During the time students learn and practice at the university, we always cherish a great desire to train and direct students to a sample of modern humans having adequate knowledge, skills, full qualities needed for the growing society. Therefore, we find that if we are only interested in providing much knowledge for the students. That is not enough, but  we must also create a favorable environment for them to acquire knowledge in the best way. All the things follow a system for more efficiently educational management (from fully equipping learning and research facilities in lecture buildings to facilitating study in the dormitory, forming a learning environment and providing cultural activities characteristic of the University of Vo Truong Toan.
      Each person can live 100 years, but the first 20 years is the most important period of life. Therefore, we always endeavor so that their student period is the best and most memorable time of academic efforts to obtain success in their future.
      All will strengthen and adorn the new university to make it become a bright pearl of the Mekong Delta and our pride as a member of the common house named "Vo Truong Toan University.”
