		Training Objectives We aim to train graduated engineers staff who are able to apply knowledge, organize management or practices of professional competence within the scope of suitable profession. We aim to train the staff with college level to ensure the applicability and organization, or have a good practice in professional knowledge of their majors. Moreover, graduates have an opportunity to enhance higher level, after graduation or working. We also train the workers and employees to have intermediate level to ensure good practice in professional skills that they can improve to colleges and universities after graduation or after working for certain time.
