- Understanding technology of manufacturing process of software and operating process of software. Mastering mathematic background knowledge to explain methods for calculating a function in algorithm, data structure, artificial intelligence.

Students do not need to learn at the foreign languages when they follow the syllabus at school.

- Present the basic principles of nursing process.

- Present general knowledge about medical; the pharmacy; the pharmacology and the effects of each drug on the body of a patient; the medicine; drug dosage and storage, testing and medication management and drug selling profession.
- Explain the State law and policy in terms of health care.

- Practice good communication skills with the community.
- Guide patients to use drugs effectively and safely.
- Manage, preserve medicine correctly, implement issuing or selling drugs with the right process and guarantee using medicine safely.
- Implement planting, tending and harvesting medicine effectively.
- Participate in the process of drug production, drug testing basing on the assigned tasks.
- Guide the community use of drugs safely; set the drug supplying plan for the community when necessary.
