  • Reaching to an agreement to train according to a model hospital-university (CHU-Centre Hospital Universitaire). At the moment, Vo Truong Toan university is investing into a construction of a hospital for practice right on the 20 – hectare campus.
  • Fostering the officers’ and lecturers’ ability to do research through real research and annual scientific research
  • Fostering the officers’ and lecturers’ professional qualifications through getting them to join in  short-term and long-term training courses
  • Recruiting people who have high qualifications and are suitable to the training scale and the university’s common development strategies.
