MISSION

IN TERM OF STUDENT ASSISTANCE

To set up and conduct political activities; learning program on code of conduct, policies for students during the years of university.

To co-ordinate with other faculties and relevant departments for evaluating student performance and proposing remarkable cases to Complimentary and Disciplinary Committee

To solve the benefit needs of students and have combination with other faculties or Department of Academic Affairs to name the list of students who are subject to be waived or deducted tuition and entitled to scholarship.

Receive and confirm valid papers due to the requests of students.

To justify any complaint on training issues or internal processes from students or their family.

IN TERM OF DORMITORY CONTROLLING

Issue the code of the dormitory as well as disciplinary measures.

Propose the schedule of dormitory maintenance to the Rector.

Arrange the boarding students within the capacity of the dormitory.

Associate with other functioning departments, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Student Committee to facilitate students to take part in sports and entertainment activities.
