During the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been spreading all over the Southern provinces of Vietnam; especially in Can Tho city and Hau Giang province. VTTU students, who are being sheltered inside Vo Truong Toan University and other parts of Can Tho city and Hau Giang province, are facing difficulties and food shortage during the social distancing No.16 of the government.

(VTTU has prepared supplies in order to provide for students during the COVID-19 pandemic)

Within 02 days from August 8^th, 2021 and August 15^th, 2021, VTTU promptly provided supplies toward students who have not returned to their hometowm before the social distancing No.16 in the area around Can Tho city, Hau Giang province and VTTU dormitory. The total supplies has been transferred were almost 400 including food and necessary commondities.

Every supply package includes: rice, instant noodles, canned fish, eggs which partially helped the students overcome the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on studying online classes.
